NFIMR Software and Data Abstraction Forms
NFIMR Software and Data Abstraction Forms are available at no charge to FIMR programs, state Title V programs, local health departments, and ACOG Fellows. This version of the software matches the 2008 NFIMR data abstraction and maternal interview forms, captures the case review team findings and creates reports.
