Adapting the FIMR Process

In 2004, the National Center for Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities at CDC requested that NFIMR examine ways to adapt the FIMR process to review services and resources available to women at risk to deliver an infant with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), one of the leading known preventable causes of mental retardation and birth defects.
